Carrot Cake Day

Mix the sugar and eggs then add oil, flour, cinnamon, salt, soda, baking powder. Then mix the grated carrot and roughly chopped nuts. Put the dough on a baking sheet or erased and sprinkled. Seed for 150 ° C approx. 30-40 min. we try to scrape the dough if the dough does not stick. It is necessary to test the baking time according to the type of oven.

For cream, whip cream and mix with mascarpone (or curd) mixed with sugar and add sour cream according to your taste. Mix everything together and put on a cool cabinet. We can decorate ground nuts with marzipan or slices of almonds. It depends on taste and creativity.
