Frozen yoghurt is more successful each year because people want a healthier alternative instead of ice cream.

The aim of this day is to recall this delicacy and remember that it is a good alternative to ice cream.

Frozen yogurt is sold in several flavors and varieties. It is a great source of calcium and potassium. They contain an organism of beneficial yoghurt culture and fresh fruit, nuts or muesli.

This delicacy is made from low-fat yogurt, a bit of sugar and milk. Do not add cream to ice cream. Frozen yogurt can be made at home with yogurt and fruit (muesli, syrup, honey, nuts ...).

Ingredients:

150g fruit (fresh or frozen according to taste)

250g white creamy yoghurt

1-2 tablespoons of liquid honey (sugar meal, maple syrup)
