Day of white chocolate cheesecake

Already in antiquity, they were similar to cheesecake, a favorite dish in ancient Greece. Aegimus, a Greek physician, wrote a book about the art of cake making and is the oldest certified cake. In the 1390 English cookbook, the most up-to-date version comes. It was only in the 15th century that the English term cheesecake was used. It was not until the end of the 18th century that the cheesecake developed into its own form. Europeans started using cheese instead of yeast. In 1872, William Lawrence of Cherter, New York, developed a modern commercial American cream cheese. He accidentally figured out how to make an immature cheese that is heavier and creamy.

Cheesecake is a sweet dessert that has one or more layers. The bottom layer is mostly crushed biscuits, graham crackers, pastries. The main and thickest layer consists of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese, eggs and sugar. It can be baked or uncooked. It is sweetened with sugar and flavored by adding vanilla, lemon, chocolate, spices or other flavors to the cheese layer. When making the cake, nuts, whipped cream, fruit, biscuits, fruit or other sauce, syrups can be used.


Recipe for white chocolate cheesecake:

Ingredients:


3 eggs

180g cane sugar

125g butter

1 yolk

lemon peel

lemon juice

table of white chocolate

vanilla sugar

250g butter biscuits

600g soft cheese (Philadelphia type) or cottage cheese


Procedure:

First we put the baking paper in a round form. Then crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Put it in the mold and soften our fingers. For 10 minutes, put it in the fridge.

Mix cheese, sugar, egg, lemon juice with bark and chopped white chocolate. Pour the mixture onto the cooled body and place it in the oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Then we lower the temperature to 120 ° C and bake for 25 minutes.

Cheesecake after baking is left in the oven with the door open (insert a cloth, cook) and leave for 1 - 2 hours in the oven. Let the refrigerator cool down (preferably overnight). We can decorate with fruit, nuts, chocolate pieces, syrups or just leave it. It depends on taste and fantasy.
