Nachos is Mexican food. It is a corn tortilla covered with melted cheese. In 1943, Ignacio Anaya of Piedras Negras, Mexico, invented this dish. Nachos can be in various forms such as nacho lasagna, chocolate nachos or spicy flavored beer.

The Nachos International Festival takes place from October 13-15 in Piedras Negras. It celebrates with live music, art, cultural activities and the world's greatest nach competition, which is registered in the Guinness World Records. The largest portion of nachos in the world was made by Centerplane at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas on April 21, 2012. 1 red onion

1 lime

Method:

 

Mix flour, salt, oil and water to form a dough. Divide into 8 parts and roll out a round of about 1 - 2mm. Place it in a hot pan and fry dry on each side for about 1 minute. We can tell by the blisters that form on the dough that the pancake is ready. Then cut the (hot) cake into 8 pieces immediately. After cooling the pancake hardens and it is not possible to slice it.

Slice tomatoes and onions finely. Slice the avocado lengthwise and pull the stone out with a knife. Hollow out the pulp and crush it with a fork. Add sliced ​​tomato with onion and crushed garlic. Add the lime juice to the mixture and mix. Then season with salt and pepper. You can add a hot pepper if you want a spicy taste.
