The day of umbrellas

It always falls on February 10th every day.

In ancient times, only nobility and wealthy umbrellas were used. In the 18th century, they were a popular ladies fashion accessory. Households began to be used in the late 19th century. Englishman Jonas Hanway was the first man to promote umbrellas even among men as an add-on, not just in Europe.

An umbrella or paraple is an object that allows us to hide from rain, falling snow or sunshine. Today, umbrellas of different shapes, sizes, colors and materials are produced. They can be folded into a handbag or big. Special photographic umbrellas are also used to distract the light of studio lighting in studio photography.

Some people believe the opening of the umbrella in the interior is bad luck.
